At Amanda Digital, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
Please contact our support team at support@amandadigital.store before returning any item. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@amandadigital.store for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that gift cards, clearance items, and customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
