All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options or international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package at any time.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@amandadigital.store. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Amanda Digital is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address—please contact us as soon as possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
